The Fault In Our Stars is by far my most favourite book of all time. I don’t think I have ever cried so much in my life, granted that if I can make it to see this movie after the Leaving Cert there is no doubt that I will have put Kleenex out of business with the amount of tissues I will have used.
The thing about TFIOS that makes it feel so real to you is because it reminds you that this simplicity of finding love does exist and things like cancer, death, fulfilling wishes actually happens! It makes you think about how it isn’t a book about cancer, but the one thing that stands out is that it teaches you how to live when you don’t think you know how to anymore, in some way it gives you a chance. It gives you hope.
Let’s not forget the unbelievable quotes! I swear you can quote from any page in this book. It should be made a classic! Okay? Okay.
